There will be a new release coming up in august. Wonderful lofi-acoustic-pop by the cologne artist Entertainment For The Braindead. We are very happy and proud to be the first label that has the chance to release a work of this talented young woman.

The Wind Whistles - Somedays (Live @ byte.fm)
Tom and Liza are on tour in Europe and we finally met them. After countless emails and myspace-messages we were all very excited about meeting them face to face in real life. And there is only one thing we can say: they are lovely people.
There are a lot of reasons for all of you to go to one of their shows. Like you can see on the foto above, they are not only talented musicians, they can even balance a bottle of water on top of their heads. Besides that, they like tea, weißbier and chocolate. What they don’t like is coffee, meat and cigarettes. Another interesting thing we found out is that both of them have a german past, but none of them does speak any german. Apart from “weißbier”. Well, that’s not too bad 
When you go to one of their shows you can buy a lovely t-shirt and a cd with a more then 20 pages booklet, that has a lot of really nice paintings, drawings and photographs in it. And you get all the lyrics including the guitar chords to all of their songs. So, you can grab your guitar and play and sing along if you like.
Did I mention their tourdiary? Well, they have a tourdiary. What’s really special about this one is, that it’s an open one. It means you can write into it, draw a picture or put in a foto. You might want to leave your emailadress in there, so that they can stay in touch with you.
By the way, there will be more german shows in august (from august 17th to august 25th). If you want them to come to your place, please contact us or them.

The last few days were very exciting to us. Thanks for the positive feedback! And thanks for spreading the word and posting about aaahh-records on your blogs.
So far, there have been a few hundred downloads and we are hoping that many of you come to see Tom and Liza live (click here for tourdates).
We recently decided to try out something new: We would love to put out “Window sills” on vinyl but therefore we must be sure that some of you would actually want to buy it. For a number of 500 copies, the production costs would be around 4 euros each. Because we do not want to make any profit, all the money would go directly to the band. So, if you are interested in having the album on vinyl and if you would be willing to pay about 10 Euros for a copy, please send us an email.
